The Fourth International Conference on Estuaries and Coasts (ICEC-2012), organized by the Water Resources University, Hanoi, Vietnam (WRU) and sponsored by IRTCES, IAHR and IAHS, is successfully held in Hanoi, Vietnam on October 8-11, 2012. Nearly 200 participants from 15 countries and regions participated in the ICEC 2012.
